TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Tulsa Central Braves cruised to an easy 71-37 victory over Will Rogers Tuesday.
The Braves came into the night ranked No. 14 in Class 5A and held that position with a convincing victory that was never in question.
They will face a much tougher challenge when they face No. 4 East Central on Friday. East Central will mark the second time in the last three games the Braves have played a top-five opponent.
Will Rogers’ road will not get any easier. It will face Tulsa Memorial and Thomas Edison – the No. 2 and No. 1 teams in Class 5A, respectively – in its next two games.
