EDMOND, Oklahoma –The Edmond Santa Fe Wolves finished their season on a high note Thursday with a 34-14 victory over the Moore Lions.
After starting 0-5 in district play, Thursday’s victory was the second straight for Santa Fe (3-7, 2-5). The loss for Moore (0-10, 0-7) seals its winless season, one year after going 1-9.
The last time the Lions won a game was on Halloween of 2008, a 29-26 victory over Southmoore, the team that is tied for first place in the district this season.
