TULSA, Oklahoma -- METI Man, the newest training tool for Tulsa first responders, is a patient simulator that's about as real as it gets.

It has reactive eyes, breathing and heartbeat sounds - even robotics that respond to treatment.

"As our personnel make intervention in their care, it responds. So, physiologically, he makes changes based on what we do, so it is absolutely the - just amazing technology," said Michael Baker, director of Emergency Medical Services for the Tulsa Fire Department.

The Tulsa Fire Department tells us METI Man costs about $50,000.
