Fall Into Mud Leads To Drowning At Lake Eufaula

LAKE EUFAULA, Oklahoma --  The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a man drowned in Lake Eufaula early Thursday morning.

According to the OHP, it happened at the Crowder boat ramp at about 12:15 a.m. on July 21, 2011. 

Troopers say Kevin Womack of Duncan had gone into the water to wash up after falling into some mud.

According to the OHP, the 51-year-old never resurfaced.  Troopers recovered his body at 8 o'clock Thursday morning.
