STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Residents in the Payne County community of Stillwater are facing water restrictions Monday.
City officials say levels in two water towers have dropped dangerously low and anyone living in the southwest part of Stillwater can only use water outdoors between 7 and 11 p.m.
Stillwater city officials blame new neighborhoods in the area saying the current system is not equipped to handle increased use.
