Tulsa Police Cancels 'Silver Alert' For Missing Man

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police canceled a "Silver Alert" for a man that was reported missing Sunday.
Police sent out the alert for Joseph Morrissey, 65, who was last seen early Sunday morning in the 1300 block of South Guthrie Avenue. Police say Morrissey suffers from mental health issues.
Morrissey was located in the 1900 block of South Utica Sunday evening. Police say he appears to be ok.
