Cascia Hall Linebacker Conner Sherwood Commits To Tulsa

TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Golden Hurricane 2012 recruiting class continued to fill out as Cascia Hall linebacker Conner Sherwood committed to Tulsa Friday.

As a junior for the Commandos, Sherwood helped lead them to an appearance in the state quarterfinals, racking up 107 total tackles, two sacks and two interceptions. Rated a three-star recruit by Rivals.com, the 6-foot-2-inch, 218-pound inside linebacker was ranked the No. 17 recruit in the state of Oklahoma.

Sherwood becomes the 12th commitment for the Golden Hurricane's 2012 class, including Midwest City's James Flanders and both Michael Thomas and Daniel Schwarz from Lawton Macarthur.
