Ingredients and directions:

Inside round steak trimmed

Milk and egg wash

flour/white pepper/salt (season to taste)

Dip steak in milk & egg wash. Dip in flour/salt/white pepper mixture.

Repeat dipping steps

Fry in deep fryer or deep skillet 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes

CREAM GRAVY

Flour & oil tightened with Roux

Add milk, salt & pepper (season to taste)

Stir constantly until desired consistency
