World Changers Brings Fight on Substandard Housing to Tulsa

300 students with World Changers are in Green Country this week, painting, roofing and spreading their love of God.

CATOOSA, Oklahoma---300 students with World Changers are in Green Country  this week. From 7 different states including Alabama, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Georgia, and Tennessee 26 different crews working on 20 different projects throughout the city are doing metal work, roofing, and painting.

    ‘The feeling that you have knowing someone can go to sleep at night with a brand new roof on their house,' said Peyton Price from Woodbury, Georgia, ‘and you think wow! Just that little bit can help someone out for a whole life!'

    World Changers is an initiative of the North American Mission Board, and is in its 21st summer working to reduce substandard housing.
