Man Faces Public Intoxication Charges After Tulsa Head-On Crash

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Police say an intoxicated man standing outside a car that had just been involved in a head-on crash was arrested for public drunkenness.

It happened at 58th and Peoria around 1:45 Saturday morning.

Tulsa police say a car was traveling southbound in the wrong lane when it crashed head-on into a northbound Chevrolet HHR.

No one was injured in the crash, police say.

Police say the man was not arrested for DUI because he was not seen driving the car.
