Tulsa Fire Department Defeats City Officers In Charity Rib Eating Contest

TULSA, Oklahoma – The Tulsa Fire Department took on the Tulsa Police department in a rib eating contest Friday afternoon.

Five firefighters, including Kyle Younger, who recently competed in the "Man V. Food Nation" pizza challenge, and five police officers competed to see who could eat the most ribs at Texas Roadhouse.

The fire department won the challenge and will receive a free feast courtesy of Texas Roadhouse.

Each department was representing a charity of their choice. On Monday, June 27, 2011, Texas Roadhouse will donate ten percent of its total sales to the charities.
