Jenks Club Owner Charged With Letting Minors In Bar

TULSA COUNTY -- A Jenks club owner has been charged with supplying alcohol to underage drinkers.

According to court documents, Steven Kitchell, 52, is charged with one count of permitting a minor in a bar.

Records show the incidents happened on or about December 16, 2010 and March 11, 2011.

Kitchell is the owner and manager of "The District" club at the Riverwalk Crossing in Jenks.

He was arrested in a separate incident earlier this month. Kitchell is accused of assaulting the Jenks Police Chief, who was conducting surveillance on Kitchell's club on June 12, 2011, during a "Girls Gone Wild" event.
