TULSA, Oklahoma -- The driver accused of dragging a Tulsa County deputy was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's office said Paul Harris, 41, dragged the deputy nearly 30 feet during a routine traffic stop on June 11, 2011.

The deputy discovered Harris had a felony warrant out of Creek County.

The deputy suffered minor injuries.

Harris was booked into the Tulsa County jail on one complaint of assault with a dangerous weapon and one complaint of resisting an officer.
