TULSA, Oklahoma -- New LED lights are really paying off for the city of Tulsa.
PSO is giving the city $36,000 as an incentive for installing new traffic signals around downtown Tulsa. There are about 1,000 of them.
The city expects to save more than $44,000 a year.
PSO has also paid the city of Tulsa for improving its energy usage at police and fire stations and the convention center
