Water Line Break Shuts Down Part Of Tulsa Street

TULSA, Oklahoma – A water line break closed part of a Tulsa street Monday afternoon and left several businesses without water.

A 12-inch water line broke at 41st and Peoria Monday afternoon.

Water flooded at least one Brookside business and about a dozen businesses won't have water until at least Tuesday morning.

The city says it will take about a week to fix the water-damaged street. Until then, the northbound curb lane on Peoria between 41st street and east 43rd court will be closed.
