Ingredients:
Tuna Fillet
1/4 C Ground Coriander
Sauce
4 T Orange Juice
4 T Soy Sauce
2 T Brown Sugar
Directions:
Reduce orange juice, soy and brown sugar until forms a glaze. Dredge tuna in coriander and sear rare in olive oil.
Arrange on plate with rice and asparagus tips and top with glaze.
Garnish with orange zests.
