TULSA, Oklahoma -- Three juveniles are in custody following a carjacking at a Tulsa convenience store early Thursday morning.
Tulsa Police say a man was filling up his car at the QuikTrip at Admiral and Yale when he was approached by two juveniles with handguns who told him to hand over his keys.
The juveniles drove off, picking up another individual who had been watching from Admiral Place.
A short time later two officers who were on special assignment in an unmarked unit saw the car and called for backup.
When an officer pulled over the car at Xyler and Toledo, two of the juveniles ran off but police arrested the third.
Officers set up a perimeter and arrested the other two suspects near Oswego and Young.
Police say they found a .357 handgun on the first juvenile they arrested and a 9mm handgun in the car.
Tulsa Police say the victim was able to positively identify one of the juveniles.
