A total of 253 properties were sold to bidders, bringing in $1,435,149.70. That's more than the $1.2 million Tulsa County Dennis Semler expected the auction to bring in.
In addition, 86 properties were sold to Tulsa County as the default bidder as provided by law.
It's not known how the money will be distributed, but much it will go to Tulsa Public Schools and Tulsa Community College.
