TULSA, Oklahoma -- Hundreds of classic cars have rolled into Tulsa's QuikTrip Center for this weekend's Leake Car Show and Auction.
Organizers expect $10 million worth of cash and cars will change hands as fans and collectors try to snatch up the car of their dreams.
"If you tell me what year a person was a senior in high school, I'll tell you where their emotional attachment is," Richard Sevenoaks said. "You know, I wanted a '68 Firebird 400 then maybe I'd get a date with Betty Sue. You know, it's part of the deal of growing up and coming of age with the car."
Doors open Friday at 9 a.m and the auction begins at noon. Admission is $15; $7 for children 12 and under.
