Man Injured In Shooting At Tulsa Apartment Complex

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A man was injured in a shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex Tuesday night.

It happened at a complex at 65th and Newport about 7:45 p.m.

Police said the man showed up to an apartment uninvited.  Officers said a fight broke out and a woman inside the apartment shot the man in the chest.

Officers believe the two knew each other.

The man, whose name and age have not been released, was transported to the hospital. There is no word on his condition.

The woman was being questioned by police. Officers said she was cooperating.
