Justin Time

I had a great time going one on one today with OSUs Justin Blackmon.  You will soon be able to see the interview here on Oklahoma Sports and mark your calendar for the statewide Oklahoma Sports Blitz February 6th to see the interview featured.
Im not giving away all of the interview, but here are just a few tidbits.

-Blackmons ankle is healthy.  He was hobbled the final two games of last season after suffering the injury against Kansas.

-Blackmon, unlike many college kids, is not a big video game player or computer guy.  He says he loves to be around teammte, practice and talk football and sleep.

-When I asked what music I might hear if I hit play on his iphone, Blackmon said, "None."  "I havent figured out how to download music."
Guys, help him with the music, please. 

-The Ardmore (Plainview H.S.) native is country.  During Christmas break last year, he went home and helped some close friends work cattle.

Blackmon hasnt changed much from the guy I met at a childrens hospital in Tulsa this past summer.  He has become more high profile since then, but doesnt appear to be much different.
