So Dwyane Wade is ready to welcome LeBron James and Chris Bosh to South Beach with open arms and, more importantly, open mind?  Whos going to check his ego and his shot count at the door in order to make this thing work?

Here are last seasons field goal attempts per game:  Wade-20, James-20, Bosh-17, entire Miami Heat team-79.  So the new threesome combined to average 57 shots per game and the Heat took 79 as a team.  Hey, other 11 guys on the roster, you each get two shots.  Try not to miss!

So whos most likely to check his ego and reduce his looks?

Bosh?  Seems the most likely to defer.  He only shot 17 times per game and other teams would probably say thank goodness.  If the guy got 25 shots a game, he would average 34 points a night.

Wade?  Its his city.  Hes won a title, not LeBron.  He was once called "Flash" to Shaqs "Superman".  Would he want to be called "prince" to "the king"?

LeBron?  Come on!  You dont sell Nikes, Sprite and McDonalds Happy Meals on South Beach by playing second fiddle.

Im still not buying what Stephen A. Smith is selling with this.  If Im Wade, I want Bosh to come in and play sidekick while Im the big fish.  If Im LeBron, Im going to Chicago where they can bring in sniper Joe Johnson and I can have a suite at the Cubs games in the offseason.  If Im Bosh, Im going where I can make the most money because I dont have the endorsement power of the other two.

The field goal looks dont seem to add up, but if the dollar signs do it could still happen.
