Tulsa’s Tipoff Time Changed

The Golden Hurricane men’s team will now take on Southern Miss Saturday at 7 p.m.

TULSA, Oklahoma –The Tulsa mens basketball game this Saturday will now tip off at 7 p.m.

The game against Southern Miss is the final home game for the Golden Hurricane and it will be televised by CBS College Sports.

Saturday is not only the final game of the regular season for the Golden Hurricane but it also is senior night. Tulsa will honor seniors Justin Hurtt and Shane Heirman in a ceremony before the game.

The matchup on Saturday is also TU Legends Day. In honor of the 100th Season of Tulsa Basketball, the Hurricane will celebrate the great TU players of the past.

The Golden Hurricane (16-12, 9-5 C-USA) is one of five teams within one game of first place in the Conference USA standings. TU is tied with three other schools for second place, and plays at Rice Wednesday at 7 p.m.
