OKLAHOMA CITY--The Oklahoma City Thunder stunned the Sacramento Kings 126-96 Tuesday in front of a sold out crowd at the Oklahoma City Arena.
Head coach Scott Brooks talked to me media after the big win sharing his thoughts on the victory and the momentum it created leading into the All-Star break.
Daequan Cook led Oklahoma City in scoring with 20 points – a high-score mark during his tenure with the team – knocking down five from three-point range.
Kevin Durant contributed 17 points, Nenad Krstic and Jeff Green both added 16, while Russell Westbrook only managed 10 points, but dished out 11 assists.
The Thunder will take a week off for the All-Star Break, during which Durant, Westbrook and Ibaka will all participate in the festivities. After the break, they will host Blake Griffin and the Los Angeles Clippers.
