"I legitimately don't know if I can do this. I'm not exactly in playing shape right now," Rowland said. "This could be high drama. Hopefully my head-to-toe spandex running suit will distract people enough that they'll forgive me if I fail."
Tulsa native and winner of “The Biggest Loser” Danny Cahill will serve as Toby’s coach, as the Oklahoma Sports anchor pushes through his 21,120 feet of sweat, tears and pain. During his run, Rowland will be broadcasting live on his radio show, on Sports Talk 1400 AM.
The Sooners, coming off their big win against Texas Tech, will be promoting fitness and wellbeing at Wednesday’s game. The Aggies (16-1, 4-0) will definitely challenge the Sooners’ stamina. Both teams will be looking to remain perfect within conference play.
Boomer and Sooner and members of the Sooners spirit squad will all be at Wednesday’s run to cheer on Toby.
