FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas – The No. 12 Oklahoma Sooners suffered their second loss in four games Sunday with a 67-57 loss to unranked but undefeated Arkansas.

The Sooners (9-2) started the game on an 8-2 run and led for much of the first half. But Arkansas (11-0) took its first lead minutes before halftime and went into the locker room with a 29-26 lead, starting a seesaw battle that continued for most of the night.

The teams traded blows throughout the second half, resulting in nine ties and seven lead changes. But the Razorbacks went on a 10-0 run to pull away and hit free throws to clinch the win.

Danielle Robinson led OU with 20 points, Aaryn Ellenburg scored 10 and Joanna McFarland continued to dominate the glass with 13 rebounds.

C’eira Ricketts led Arkansas with a game-high 21 points, and Lyndsay Harris hit four 3-pointers on her way to 18 points. Keira Peak finished one rebound shy of a double-double with 11 points and nine boards.

After starting the year on a seven-game winning streak, the Sooners have now lost their last two road games. They will get a 10-day break over Christmas before welcoming Arkansas-Pine Bluff to Norman at 7 p.m. on Dec. 29.
