Brandon Weeden Named Manning Award Finalist
The OSU quarterback was named one of 10 finalists for the award named for the Manning Family quarterbacks.

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana -- Oklahoma State quarterback Brandon Weeden has been named a Manning Award finalist , the Sugar Bowl Committee announced Monday.
Weeden led the Cowboys to unprecedented success, after they were picked to finish at the bottom of the Big 12 South. The junior signal caller finished the season with 4,037 yards on 32 touchdowns breaking five single-season school records in the process.
The Manning Award first awarded in 2004 and named to honor the success of quarterbacks Archie, Petyon and Eli Manning.
If Weeden claims the award, he will be the third Big 12 quarterback to win the trophy in its seven-year existence.
