NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Funeral arrangements have been made for a former University of Oklahoma women's basketball standout who was fatally shot last week.

University officials said services for Rosalind Ross are set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Great Christian Faith Fellowship in Milwaukee, Ross' hometown.

Police say the 30-year-old was shot Sept. 15 while she was in a vehicle in a fast-food restaurant parking lot in Milwaukee.

Ross played at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M before joining Oklahoma, where she was a member of the team which played in the 2002 national championship game.

Coach Sherri Coale said Wednesday Ross was an integral part of that runner-up team which put the women's basketball program on the map.

Ross was selected by the Los Angeles Sparks as the 16th pick in the WNBA draft.
