Drillers and Missions Rained Out

After constant rain in the Tulsa area, the final game in the four-game series was cancelled due to rain.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tuesday night’s matchup between the Tulsa Drillers and the San Antonio Missions has been canceled due to rain. Persistent rainfall throughout the afternoon and the forecast for continued thunderstorms led to the decision.

This was the final scheduled meeting between the Drillers and the Missions at ONEOK field this season, so the game will be made up as part of a doubleheader during the series in San Antonio July 11-13.

Tulsa’s next home game will be Thursday, July 15, the first of a four-game series with the Arkansas Travelers.

This is the fourth rainout at ONEOK field this season.
