OKLAHOMA CITY -- Southmoore quarterback Kendal Thompson grew up in an OU household, being the son of former Sooner Charles Thompson. Kendal will become a Sooner himself next season, and he stopped by the Oklahoma Sports studio to talk to Dean Blevins and John Holcomb.

Thompson discussed what it was like growing up as the son of a Sooner and how he feels about facing immediate competition in the form of Blake Bell. The full video is above, some of which did not air during the Sunday Night Blitz.
