NEW ORLEANS -- Donnie Murphy hit a walk-off home run to give New Orleans a 3-2 victory in 10 innings against Oklahoma City Friday.
Murphy hit his game-winner in the bottom of the 10th with nobody on and one out.
Hector Luna hit a two-run single in the bottom of the eighth to tie the game 2-2.
Oklahoma City did its damage early off of solo home runs. Brandon Boggs hit a solo shot in the first, while Jarrod Saltalamacchia led off the second with a homer. The RedHawks took a 2-0 lead after two innings.
Elizardo Ramirez (3-1) absorbs his first lost of the season after giving up the game winner.
Adalberto Mendez (1-0) earned his first win of the season, tossing three scoreless innings.
The two teams continue their series at 6:00 p.m. Saturday.
