What you need to know...
Oklahoma City bounced back from a disappointing loss to Charlotte with a dominating performance over Toronto. The Thunder was up 97-65 over the Raptors after three quarters. Oklahoma City sits a game and a half behind Phoenix for fourth place in the Western Conference and with back-to-back games, could close the gap further.
The Pacers are losers of seven of their last 10 games and are 23 games under .500. Defensively Indiana has to step up its game if it stands any chance against Oklahoma City. The Pacers are giving up more than 104 points per game while Oklahoma City is averaging more than 100 points per game offensively.
Who to watch...
Danny Granger isn’t a household name, but that doesn’t mean that he shouldn’t be. The fifth-year forward is averaging 23.2 points per game while grabbing 5.6 points per game and even 2.7 assists from the small forward position.
Matching up against a bigger power forward, Jeff Green should be able to capitalize on his speed advantage to attack the basket and put points on the board for Oklahoma City.
