TULSA, Oklahoma -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches has named Tulsa seniors Ben Uzoh and Jerome Jordan to its all-district team.
Jordan, a first-team selection, averaged 15.2 points and 9.0 rebounds while tying down the center position. He exits Tulsa as the only player in school history with 800 rebounds and 300 blocks.
At guard, Uzoh was a force of his own. His team-leading 15.2 points and 4.6 assists per game earned the native of San Antonio, Texas second-team honors.
Tulsa begins its NIT Tournament run Wednesday night on the road against Kent State at 7 p.m.
