STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma State's Brad Propst pitched a complete game Sunday, as the Cowboys completed a four-game sweep of UMass.
The Pokes beat the Minutemen 11-0, improving to 8-2 on the season.
The runs were scattered throughout the game, the first two coming in the second inning. Dean Green, on second, scored off a double by Dane Philips. The inning’s second run came when Philips scored off a single by Kevin David.
Two more Cowboy runs were scored in the fourth inning, while three came in the sixth inning, including a homer by Green.
OSU sealed the Minutemen’s fate in the eighth by scoring the last two runs of the game on a Mark Ginther two-run home run.
David finished the game 3-for-3 with a game-high four RBIs, while Green, Phillips and Ginther each collected a pair of RBIs.
The Cowboys host Western Illinois Tuesday at Reynolds Stadium.
