OKLAHOMA CITY -- After a one-point win over Stanford in Palo Alto, the Oklahoma State Cowboys were set up for a let-down game.

Travis Ford’s squad did anything but let up on La Salle and dominated the Explorers 77 to 62.

OSU jumped out to an early lead, led by James Anderson and Marshall Moses, who combined for 24 of the Cowboys 36 first-half points. It also didn’t hurt that La Salle started the game shooting 2-21 from the field.

As the first half wound down, the Explorers drew it to single digits for the first time since the opening minutes, but a buzzer-beating 3-point shot by Anderson pushed the lead back to 10 and swung the momentum back toward the Cowboys.

It was more of the same in the second half from OSU, and despite the Explorers scoring nearly 40 points in the final 15 minutes, the Cowboys were able to answer tit-for-tat in the second half, led by Anderson.

The junior guard from Arkansas finished the game with 28 points, his second 28-point game in a row for OSU.

Moses continued to dominate down low for Oklahoma State, taking advantage of his size advantage in the post scoring 18 points and grabbing eight boards against La Salle.

The Cowboys head back to Stillwater to take on Pacific University Dec. 29.
