NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Sources have confirmed to Oklahoma Sports’s Toby Rowland that OU offensive lineman Tavaris Jeffries will play Saturday against Texas A&M.
Jeffries suffered a bruised shoulder in the Oklahoma’s 10-3 loss to Nebraska last week, and was questionable.
The Sooners’ struggling offensive line has been decimated by injuries lately. Brian Simmons will likely be out two more weeks with a knee injury, while Brody Eldridge and Jarvis Jones will both miss the rest of the season. Eldridge suffered an unspecified injury to his neck, and Jones fractured his heel.
