NEW ORLEANS -- The Tulsa Golden Hurricane took a commanding lead at halftime of their first game against the Tulane Green Wave. G.J. Kinne found the end zone on a 15 yard run to give the Golden Hurricane a 10-0 lead. Then, linebacker Mike Bryan got an interception, which the offense would capitalize on. Charles Claywould score on a five-yard touchdown run. Tulsa led Tulane 20-3 at the half.
