TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police and Fire say what appeared to be a human skull found in the Arkansas River near 32nd and Riverside Drive was actually just a toy.
Tulsa Fire spokesman Tim Smallwood says a fisherman found the skull in the river Friday morning.
Investigators quickly confirmed it was a battery-powered toy skull.
