Hundreds Of Tulsa-Area Residents Hired As Part Of McDonalds National Hiring Day

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Hundreds of Oklahomans got jobs at McDonalds last month during the company's National Hiring Day.

Nationwide, McDonalds was looking to hire 50,000 people. The results are in and in the Tulsa area alone, more than 1,300 people applied for positions.

McDonalds says 320 got a job on the spot and another 200 are still being considered.
