Tulsa City Hall, Other Offices Close For Good Friday

TULSA, Oklahoma -- City Hall and other city offices will close Friday, April 22 for Good Friday. Public safety departments such as police and fire, and trash service will continue as usual.

People who have an emergency with water, sewer or streets are asked to call the Mayor's Action Center at 918-596-2100.

Curbside recycling will also take place as scheduled, the City announced in a new release Wednesday.

Tulsa Parks offices and recreation centers, the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, and the animal shelter will also be closed. The shelter will be open Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tulsa Transit will operate Saturday-level service on Friday, April 22. Mohawk and Page Belcher golf courses, as well as the Tulsa Zoo, will be open on Friday.

Gilcrease Museum also will be open on Friday. The museum will be open on Easter Sunday, but docent tours will not be available.
