Tulsa Convenience Store Clerk Not Injured In Armed Robbery

Tulsa Police said the clerk was outside the Fiesta Mart at 21st and Sheridan at the time and was forced back inside.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are looking for two armed men who robbed a convenience store early Tuesday morning.

Police said the clerk was outside the Fiesta Mart at 21st and Sheridan at about 5:30 a.m. at the time and was forced back inside.

During the robbery, one of the suspects fired a handgun into the store's ceiling.

After getting money, the two men, both wearing gray hooded sweatshirts with their faces covered, ran outside to the back of the store .

A Tulsa Police K-9 officer attempted to track the pair but lost the scent a short distance from the store.

The clerk was not injured.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
