TULSA, Oklahoma -- Downtown diners got a little something extra with their order when they sat down for lunch Wednesday.
Three opera singers were dining among the crowd at Elote Cafe. In the middle of their meal, they just stood up and started to sing!
The spontaneous performance is part of pop-up opera, a new venue for Tulsa Opera performers.
"Never thought I would be singing opera arias in a wrestling ring with people walking about in puffy taco T-shirts around me," Steve Sanders, an opera singer, said.
Diners were treated to a selection from the Tulsa's Opera's upcoming production of "Norma." Look out, because you never know where they might show up next.
