TULSA, Oklahoma -- One of Oklahoma's own everyday heroes has died.
Darwin Eaton was a faithful blood donor for 60 years, giving more than 41 gallons of blood, more than anyone in America.
Last year, the Red Cross named him a "Gift of Life Hero" and submitted Darwin for a Guinness Record, as the "World's Greatest Blood Donor."
Eaton was 88 years old.
