TULSA COUNTY, Oklahoma – A teenager was killed Monday afternoon after a crash near the Tulsa and Creek County line.
The crash happened just after 4:30 p.m. Monday near 81st Street South and 33rd West Avenue.
EMSA told News On 6 a 16 year old male was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
Tulsa Police said the teen was driving north in a white, two-door car when he crossed the center line, overcorrected, went back across the road and crashed into a tree. Officers said the teen was ejected.
There is no word on what caused the teen to lose control.
