Mannford Man Back In Jail On 2008 Indecent Exposure Charge

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A 35-year-old Mannford man has been arrested on another indecent exposure charge.

This time the charge against Shannon Smith stems from an April 2008 incident in a grocery store parking lot in Sand Springs.

Sand Springs Police say Smith turned himself in to the Tulsa County jail Monday morning.

Last week, Smith was arrested by Mannford Police after a witness told police Smith was masturbating in his car at the Mannford High School parking lot.

In the 2008 incident, a witness said Smith was sitting in a pickup truck with his pants down and masturbating.

Smith was booked into the Tulsa County jail. He is scheduled for a hearing in Tulsa County District Court for April, 12, 2011.
