Tulsa Police Still Investigating City's 11th Homicide

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police says they've talked with a man named a person of interest in a shooting that took place early Tuesday morning in the 2000 block of North Quaker. 

Officers had been looking for looking for 19-year-old Christopher Williams. 

But police now say they've interviewed Williams about the murder of Kendrich Shelton and released him.  Shelton was found dead in a vacant lot in north Tulsa Tuesday morning. 

Tulsa Police say Shelteon has suffered a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
