TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are searching for those responsible for a shooting late Monday on the city's northside.
Twenty-five-year-old Kelvin Heard was taken to a Tulsa hospital after he was shot in the back of the head late Monday night.
Tulsa Police responded to a call around 11:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of North Rockford.
