TULSA, Oklahoma -- Three people are in the hospital after a car wreck near the BA Expressway early Monday morning that police say involved a drunk driver.
According to Tulsa Police, a Nissan Sentra traveling north on Memorial struck the passenger side of a Ford F-350 utility truck. Police say the southbound truck was turning east across Memorial onto the BA Expressway.
The driver of the truck, 25-year-old Marcelin Jaramillo-Jimenez, says he had the green light, however, he was arrested for driving while intoxicated and police say he later threw up in the back seat of the police car.
The three occupants of the Sentra, a female and two males, were transported to by EMSA to local hospitals.
The female is in serious condition and the males are in critical condition.
Jaramillo-Jimenez was booked into the Tulsa county Jail.
