BARTLESVILLE — The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office says a 10-day-old Bartlesville baby found in a washing machine died by drowning.
On Wednesday, the Washington County DA's office filed a first-degree murder charge against the infant's mother, Lyndsey Fiddler.
Cherokee Ballard with the ME's office says Maggie Trammel's death was ruled a homicide.
She says the report states there were injuries to the baby's body. Ballard says the report indicates there were no drugs or alcohol in the baby's system at the time of her death.
