Man Wanted In Washington County May Be In Tulsa

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa and Bartlesville Police are looking for a suspect they believe is armed and dangerous and in the Tulsa area.

Troy Eugene Hester Jr. is wanted in Washington County for robbery. He is described as a 25-year-old black male, 5'7" in height and about 165 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair and several tattoos. His tattoos include the word "Honesty" on his right inner forearm, "Dana" on his right outer forearm, "Tiana" with dice on his left inner forearm and two heads on his left outer forearm.
